It is the brainchild of Rossella Casali that arrived in the middle of the journey of her life she decided to make her dream come true, to renovate an old uninhabited house, situated in the historical city center.
It was to create a family atmosphere, a safe haven, as Ravenna has been for many centuries, crossroads, impregnable and inclusive. This place is where the cultures of different peoples have left their traces, from the twinkling golden mosaics, to the “piadina” which is the oldest bread in the world, its origins are dateless. It is produced by the “Azdore Romagnole” at home still today.
